It is therefore intended to procure a supplier to undertake coverage (i.e. signal strength) and capacity (i.e. speed experienced by user) surveys of the UK's four mobile networks across Liverpool City Region.
Data will be available to the public via the supplier's internet based mapping solution. LCRCA will also receive the raw data for inclusion in GIS and to conduct analysis
