The Logistics Planning Tools (LPT) project's vision is to deliver strategic incident management resourcing tool(s)â¯for incidentâ¯management,â¯including both people and equipment. The project is intended to ensure our tools and ways of working can support logistical planning and coordination so that the right resources can beâ¯planned,â¯requested,â¯andâ¯directed to the right locations in advance of when they're needed. The LPT is made up of two principal services: staff rostering and equipment sharing.
