⢠Upgrade of existing highway drainage network.
⢠Upgrade of existing traffic signals at the junctions of Speke Hall Road / Hillfoot Avenue and Speke Hall Road / Triumph Way.
⢠Upgrade of existing street lighting at the junction of Speke Hall Road / Hillfoot Avenue
⢠Accessibility improvements, such as upgrade of existing pedestrian crossing facilities
