P223 - Development of ruggedised cases

We are seeking to appoint a single supplier to expand an existing 2D design and 3D block model to cover additional iPhone and iPad models including overboot design for each case- up to 13 designs in total. Further details will be provided under NDA. It is important to note that the critical physical design, material selection and proofing has been completed.

To qualify, the supplied must as a minimum;

ISO9001 Registered

Have experience with design of ATEX certified products and understanding of standards; EN60079-0, EN60079-1 & EN60079-15

Have extensive demonstrable experience and knowledge of complex injection moulding tool design, processing and supply

Demonstrate formal qualifications in Solidworks CAD including Advanced Part design, Surfacing, Assembly Modelling and 2D technical drawings.

Supplier to provide relevant certificates to demonstrate the above before signing NDA.
