The University is sourcing a Service Provider to carry out the following:
Window Replacement - Polhill Campus
The successful Service Provider will be required to enter into a JCT standard form of Minor Building Works Contract 2016 Edition.

Commencement - Feb/March 2022 (Provisional)

Invoices - To be received by the University - TBA

All supporting documents MUST be sent with your tender return through the Intend System
It is a mandatory requirement that suppliers visit the site - accompanied by a member of University staff.
