Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for an ice cream pitch at Viewpoint, Portsdown Hill Road, Portsmouth.
The pitch is offered with a 3 year licence and associated concession contract. The licence will not include an automatic right to renew.
Offers must be for an ice cream concession offer only.
The Council is seeking offers of a rental income in the region of £17,500 per annum. Agreed rental income will be reviewed every 12 months in line with RPI.
The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given against the heading entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
