North Somerset Council is offering an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage provider to operate a 140-cover, 239sqm eat-in hospitality space with outdoor customer seating area and additional takeaway catering unit.
Previously operating as The Bay Café, the café is located at the Tropicana, Marine Parade (BS23 1BE), in a prime position on Weston-super-Mare's promenade.
The site will be offered for a 6-month period during May to October 2022 to coincide with the SEE MONSTER art installation, which will take place at the Tropicana in summer 2022.
