Cornwall Council wants to conduct this early market engagement to seek feedback and insights from the market. This will help inform the development of the Council's requirement, business case, procurement procedure and subsequent contract.
The Council makes no obligations or undertakings in any way to:
a) go to tender, b) accept any advice/information received from suppliers, c) tender the requirement through the discussed routes to market and d) any other commitment to suppliers whatsoever, including any intention to form a contract with any supplier for provision of the requirement.
