We are looking for (a) consultant(s) with a proven track record in arts and cultural consultation and strategy development, including a track record of working with Local Authorities, to carry out an audit of existing cultural organisations, infrastructure and activity and develop an action plan in consultation with the sector and the co-commissioners. This will support the Council in the subsequent re-development of their cultural strategy and its interaction with the corporate plan and other Council priorities.
