The intention of this contract is to provide Tenancy Management for the SHALD project. The scope will include:
⢠Support to mobilise the operational service model.
⢠Tenancy management
⢠Customer Care
⢠Rent, Service and Ancillary Charges Collection and Arrears Recovery (any actual rental loss will be borne by the Council).
⢠Lettings and Terminations
⢠Periodic Fixed term tenancy reviews
⢠Reporting, Monitoring and Tenant Engagement/Consultation Requirements
⢠ICT Requirements
⢠Service and any ancillary charge setting (assistance and expertise in helping the Council setting up initial charges and part or full furnished tenancies would be required)
