We are seeking consultants with relevant experience to carry out a summative assessment for the Leeds Media Centre project, which is part-funded by European Regional Development Fund. This is a partnership project between Leeds City Council and Unity Property Services to deliver two key elements: a much-needed refurbishment and upgrade of the building, which will improve its energy efficiency and increase its financial sustainability, alongside a small business support scheme to provide advice and guidance to a range of businesses to support their development needs.
