The service provider will seek to assist adults (18 years and over) with an identified (functional) mental health problem within a recovery model. The service provider will be closely linked into local mental health services and will work in collaboration to ensure a coordinated approach to managing the client's mental health. Supporting positive outcomes around employment, education, housing and wider social inclusion.
