CPI is looking to expand their roll to roll device integration capabilities to meet technology demands by upgrading the current TAL15k multicomponent line. The tool comprises of several modules which combine to produce reels of functional inlays and circuits on flexible polymer films. The upgrades are divided into lots and include -
ï· Lot 1 - In Line Stencil printer for conductive adhesives or Automated dispense tool
ï· Lot 2 - Flip chip of flexible die
ï· Lot 3 - Yamaha modification for large components
ï· Lot 4 - Web transport
ï· Lot 5 - Post component placement inspection camera
ï· Lot 6 - In line electrical testing mechanism
ï· Lot 7 - In line electrical test and programming capability (Mixed signal, NFC, RFID)
The upgrades will need to integrate seemlessly with the current modules and software to enhance the tools capability.
