Harbour Operations Review - Soft Market Test
Bristol City Council is looking to create a long-term Vision for its historic Harbour and create a Strategy, which underpins that Vision and presents a framework for a long-term, sustainable Harbour, which continues to thrive and provide opportunities for the residents and businesses of Bristol, along with contributing to the wider visitor, heritage and broader cultural opportunities.
Before creating this Vision and Strategy, the Authority is committed to completing a more fundamental Review of its Harbour Operations and Expressions of Interest are being sought, from suitably qualified and experienced specialists, to undertake this Review.
There are three core elements to the Review, which the Authority will expect evidence-based recommendations upon:
1. Governance Arrangements
2. Service Delivery
3. Financial Sustainability and Commercial Strategy
