Contract award notice for the provision of primary care medical services for Green Elms, Epping Close & Frinton Road Surgeries in North East Essex on an emergency caretaker basis for 12 months. There was therefore insufficient time to undertake a full procurement, including undertaking a mobilisation. This is a caretaker arrangement with a 12- month duration starting on 1.2.2020, to enable the CCG to undertake a fully compliant procurement.
