Provision of Principal Planning Services 2023

Principle planning service including the following:

• Report writing undertaken by professional Town Planners employed by Capita;
• Liaison with Council officers as required;
• Monitoring of performance;
• Fixed fees based on the completion of individual applications. Reasonable amendments and corrections are included within the fee for each application;
• Fees relate to application type
• For each application, the Consultant will:
• Review Planning Register online including application documents, correspondence, drawings, submitted evidence and consultation responses etc;
• Assess evidence;
• Liaise with Council case officers for queries as required;
• Write and return officer report;
• Provide decision recommendation;
• Submit report and recommendation to Council point-of-contact; and
• Complete and return applications within agreed time frame.
