The Authority requires the Supplier to provide Project Management Services to oversee and lead the delivery of an AHL Project at the LGI site. The Supplier is advised that there is no guaranteed maximum or minimum period or number of days to the Services required which may be concluded at any point as deemed appropriate by the Authority. Furthermore, the
Authority shall reserve the absolute right to discontinue the Services in accordance with the notice period specified in this Agreement for whatever reason and specifically if, in the opinion of the Authority, the Project Manager does not demonstrate competently the necessary experience and skills required of the Project Manager to perform the Services relating to the nature of the works.
