Peabody Trust ("Peabody") is seeking to appoint a contractor for the improvement of the security at Treaty Street in London, preventing unauthorised parking and making the area safer for the residents. The works will require fencing, automated sliding Gates the inclusion of access control linked to new door entry systems to be installed within the properties within the development of the residential accommodation the replacement system being a video door entry system manufactured by Entrotec. Entrotec can be contacted for quotation for the required materials for the project.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
