Good Information and advice are core to supporting people to remain as independent as possible which in turn helps people lead healthier and more independent lives. In Norfolk we commission a range of advice services that support a range of services delivered by third sector organisations through a partnership approach. The current information, advice and advocacy contracts are approaching the final 6 months of duration and the Council are seeking to appoint service providers to deliver a remodelled service offer.
