Elmbridge Borough Council is approaching the market with the view of appointing a contractor to design, build and then maintain including ensuring compliance, a new open protocol addressable fire alarm system at their Civic Centre. This is to include the removal of all elements of the current system at the Civic Centre and then provide full planned and reactive maintenance cover for the new install and that of the other fire alarm systems located within the Council's corporate estate for the duration of the contract (2020-2025).
