This is an award of contract which was exercised via a Call-Off Competition using CCS Commercial Agreement RM6121 Public Sector Passenger Transport Services - Taxi & Coaches.
The appointed supplier shall facilitate the movement of VIPs (Heads of States and Governments), select members of their delegations, and UNFCCC Secretariat staff in the lead up to and during the Conference. The service is to ensure that all involved are transported in a safe, secure, convenient and timely manner throughout the planning and preparation stage as well as the relevant days of the Summit itself. The operations will also include transport to and from multiple airports.
