Contract between the Office of Government Property and the Local Government Association to deliver the One Public Estate programme.
Additional information: The Contract is varied as follows:
1.1. The Contracting Authority is requesting a contract extension for three (3) months which will be an uplift of: £462,804.00 ex
VAT. This will take the contract value (3 years + 3 months) from £4,513,388.00 ex vat, to 4,976,192.00 ex vat.
1.2. The contract extension will be valid from 01/04/22 to 30/06/22.
2. Words and expressions in this Change Control Notice shall have the meanings given to them in the Contract.
3. The Contract, including any previous Contract changes, authorised in writing by both Parties, shall remain effective and unaltered except as amended by this Change Control Notice.
