Supply of Microsoft Certified MS Teams desk phones in connection with Defra Group Mercury Programme and associated services.
Associated services include storage, delivery, installation services (if required), professional services (if required), 3 year support uplift.
Products, 3 year support uplift and professional services (if required) will be supplied by Poly who are the vendor.
Storage, delivery and installation services (if required) will be supplied by Insight Direct (UK) Ltd or their nominated subcontractors.
Contract is a call-off under the HealthTrust Europe ComIT 2 framework agreement.
Contract may be extended until 31 March 2026 i.e. a maximum of 52 months.
The contract includes provision for additional volume / related products to be ordered over and above the initial bulk purchase (if these are required).
The contract value in this notice is based on the initial bulk purchase of products and associated services.
