Reinstatement of Nightingale field hospital and vaccination centre back to advanced manufacturing space. The works include but are not limited to the following:
⢠Removal of all installed engineering services serving the field hospital (gas pipework/heaters, ventilation units/ductwork, medical gas pipework etc)
⢠Widespread repairs to concrete floors in warehouse
⢠Remove dirty utility rooms
⢠Removal of underground drainage installation
⢠Removal of hardstanding's, fencing, barriers etc
⢠Removal of all partitions forming wards, lobbies, corridors etc
⢠Reinstatement of office areas back to original configuration.
⢠All making good and statutory certifications
⢠Repairs internally and externally
