There is a requirement to improve the end user acceptability of hydrogen fired cookers. This is particularly important as the appearance of the flame gives feedback to users when using the appliance to avoid a change compared to the natural gas. This burner design will ultimately be the first visual experience of practically using hydrogen for many people. It is desirable for this first experience to be similar to using existing gas products.
