AHDB require a company to manage and deliver exhibition stand design, external contractors, and construction at Gulfood 2021, Dubai. Our stand measures 8m x 8m, a total floor-space of 64sqm.
The objectives of the stand are to provide a platform for our levy paying meat producers to create new business relationships with international meat buyers.
The contractor will be responsible for the management, design and construction of the stand space inside the exhibition hall including:
⢠Project management.
⢠Design of an innovative, cost effective stand environment fulfilling the requirements listed in the brief.
⢠Provision of furniture and related equipment.
⢠Installation of electrical and water supplies.
⢠Liaison with the exhibition organiser and their contractors.
⢠Post-show stand breakdown.
AHDB (the Agriculture, Horticulture Development Board) is a non-departmental Government public body working to promote Beef and Lamb both at home and abroad and will be attending with HCC who promote Welsh Beef and Lamb both at home and abroad.
