Allerdale Borough Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultants to prepare a Local Housing Needs Assessment for the District, with an analysis of the size, type and tenure of housing needed for different groups in the community for the next 10 years.
The contract is for approximately 5 months. The intended commencement date is March 2022 until July 2022.
