Hartlepool Borough Council are looking to develop a mobile Changing Place facility which will be suitable for use at key events across the town
The facility must be mobile or be able to be transported easily in the event it is needed to support an event at short notice.
We anticipate the design and specification of the changing place must adhere to the design criteria as set out on the changing places Website.
