The Council wishes to procure the services of a Managed Services provider for the management of a Client Caseload Information System (CCIS). The provider would manage and complete all data returns, maintain effective data sharing agreements, data processing capabilities and manage Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) participation on behalf of Walsall Council.
