Laptop Refresh Project

Shared Services Connected Ltd are seeking pricing and proposals in relation to the procurement of up to 1000 laptops per the specification detailed below for one of its MOD customers. The devices will be purchased by SSCL however they are to be in the name / ownership of the MOD and we would expect any appropriate government discounts to apply.

The procurement will be subject to completion of the SSCL Non Disclosure Agreements and acceptance of the Sopra Steria Limited / SSCL terms & conditions, copies of which are attached.

The expected timeline is as follows :

Supplier proposals to be submitted to …@ext.soprasteria.com and received by Weds 25th Jan 2023 or earlier

Award and provision of purchase order : During Feb 2023

Delivery of Devices to a UK address : From April 2023 , please advise your earliest availability of devices
