As part of the Trust's air handling unit upgrade programme, the existing units serving Theatres A-D and the recovery area are to be refurbished, I lieu of providing new units. Each new component will be sized to match the performance of the existing component.
The refurbishments are for the air handling units only and do not include for any modification or installations beyond the plant room i.e. ductwork, grilles dampers etc...
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
