To procure a suitably experienced and qualified supplier to provide a tool that can intelligently use and interpret data provided by Essex Police to look at trends and anomalies (data analytics) and present this data in a way that is clear, creative, visually exciting and easily understandable.
The tool will be available for use for up to 5,500 users and such users will be from Essex Police, Kent Police and potentially users from the Seven Forces (Bedfordshire Constabulary, Cambridgeshire Constabulary, Hertfordshire Constabulary, Norfolk Constabulary and Suffolk Constabulary).
The contract start date stipulated in this notice is approximate and will be subject to completion of the contracting authority's governance procedures.
