The Council is seeking a Supplier to provide both Surface Condition Assessment of the National Network of Roads (SCANNER) surveys and Sideways-force Coefficient Routine Investigation Machine (SCRIM) surveys, throughout the county.
The contract will be a single supplier agreement, using the NEC4 Term Service Short Contract for a period of 3 years with a possible 2-year extension in one year increments.
The total value of the contract is estimated to be approximately £230,000. There is no guaranteed minimum value of work that may be commissioned through the contract.
