Rossendale Borough Council has secured funding from the Department for Transport's Restoring Your Railway (RYR) Ideas Fund and is seeking a consultant to produce a Strategic Outline Business Case (SOBC) to assess transport options to enhance connectivity of the area and support the Rossendale Borough Council regeneration process.
