This tender is for the financial and debt management support element of the programme, which will add value to existing provision across North and Mid Essex, enabling more capacity into the system and targeted support. The aim of this tender is to appoint a specialist organisation, regulated and approved by the Financial Conduct Authority to deliver free financial and debt management support and the ability to provide business loans where applicable, across North and Mid Essex.
Essex County Council is managing this procurement on behalf of the NEEB partnership and the five individual contracts will run parallel to one another, under the NEEB Business Support & Skills Programme, with each procurement contracted and managed accordingly.
