The undertaking of a DCB 0160 Clinical Safety Case report was procured for a new system to be used by GP practices in Devon.
A clinical safety case report, including a hazard log, has to be completed for all new software systems that will be used for patient care by NHS organisations (including primary care).
This is a one-off purchase that should be completed by 30th April 2024.
