FSCS has a requirement for the provision, installation, and maintenance (including repair) for a CCTV and Access Control Solution, which is capable of single platform interface. This is to be provisioned on a single floor, within a multi tenanted building in the City of London. The Access Control Solution must interface directly with the Landlord solution to enable single use access cards for access to the building and FSCS demise.
The objective of the solution is to provide CCTV coverage across the FSCS demise, with total coverage, including in secure areas such as IT Communication Rooms. Further, the effective operation of an Access Control Solution, which provides discrete optionality for the securing of areas by either asset or access level, with enhanced reporting capabilities based on set use cases.
As part of the above, it is expected that the provider will provide ongoing maintenance and emergency support as part of the offering.
