Luton Borough Council (LBC) is looking to engage qualified organisations to quote for providing 20 yard Roro Bin (Roll on-Roll off) skips at The Vale Cemetery & Crematorium in Luton. To provide up to two skips per week (subject to change) and to change the skips and remove excess soil from site as required throughout the year.
