OUR REQUIREMENT o Design Guardianship technical Design Support/Supervision for the whole of the works.
o Safeguarding the Clients vision, ensuring that the Clients design intentions are realised and maintained by the design and build contractor.
o Review RIBA 4 and Contractors proposed designs up to completion of the project.
o Provide client Support during Early Warning or Compensation Events from a technical perspective o Monitor the design programme, ensuring that design information is relayed and managed.
Additional information: Mandatory Site visit - Must be requested by Tuesday 30th July and for the site visit Thursday 1st August
