The Trust currently utilises a compliantly awarded Single Sign-on Software - which is in place until end of December 2024.
As the Trust required a Privilege Access Management solution within this timescale, it made technical sense to Direct award the contract for this provision within the same provider as our Imprivata platform. Combining systems and support for PAM and Imprivata into one, means the Trust can take advantage of more efficient technical expertise for services that affect a huge area of our IT service delivery geography, whilst at the same time releasing resource for other purposes across IT. Combining the service also allows us to move quicker when accessing support, meeting compliance obligations and improving our service experience for users.
