As part of the commissioning process the Council is undertaking a soft market test and wishes to hear from organisations willing to share information about vaping services. This will enable the Council to gain a better understanding of the solutions available, how they could be supplied, an indication of the likely costs, and help determine the most effective way of scoping its requirements for a future procurement opportunity.
