Service Maintenance Contract for Sheffield Teaching Hospitals Community Buildings

The Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS FT has a requirement for a suitable maintenance contractor to provide Building and Engineering Maintenance Services to 7 community based properties either owned or leased by the Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS FT. This contract shall be mainly reactive maintenance although some planned preventative maintenance and monitoring is included. There may be some interface with other estates service contracts where follow on work is required. The Trust is looking for a responsive, seamless, efficient and caring service for the properties listed below;

1) Manor Clinic

2) Firth Park Clinic

3) Beech Hill Residential Care Home

4) Woodhouse Clinic

5) Central Clinic

6) Heeley Dental

7) Wheata Clinic
