The Council require a Contractor to provide external decoration and repairs to Todmorden Sports Centre. All of the work requirements are attached in the documents and Contractors need to ensure that all works can be provided as detailed within the schedule of work document.
Please note that an accompanied site visit is a condition to tender, and site visit dates will be published via the Messaging portal.
