The services will require regular inspections of the work on site in Great Yarmouth and comparing completed work with drawings and specifications, producing a report on each inspection and any findings. It may require follow-up on any findings and attendance at project meetings.
The Clerk will report to GYBC Project Manager.
The Clerk will also liaise with the Consultant Employer's Agent and other key project team members such as Client's CDM Advisor and Consultant QS.)
