The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a supplier to deliver, support and maintain and Electronic Pre Assessment System accessible externally by those patients who chose to undergo elective surgery at the Trust and accessible internally by Trust staff involved in the patients episode of care.
This is a 3 year contract with an option to extend a further two (2) times twelve (12) month periods both parties willing.
The expected contract start date will be 3rd February 2022 with a service start date expected 4th April 2022 or sooner.
