A consultant is required to work with SCC to develop the ATZ concept in Southampton, identify ATZ pilot areas in the City, develop plans to establish the ATZ pilot areas, and produce a full Business Case for the ATZ pilot areas to support the Council's application to the DfT's Transforming Cities Fund (TCF) in June 2018.
