Research clearly shows that a well-qualified and appropriately skilled early years and childcare workforce makes a real difference to the quality of provision and outcomes for children.
Norfolk County Council is seeking to appoint providers to its framework who will provide high quality, well-planned learning experiences for all learners and provide the necessary information, advice, guidance and support to learners for the duration of the course to ensure the learning outcomes are met.
