This notice is for the procurement of a number of temporary external moderators of teacher assessment (TA), to visit a sample of local authorities (LAs) on behalf of Department for Education, Standards and Testing Agency. These roles are Senior External Moderators and Operational External Moderators covering Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Contract Values - The total value for all the external moderation for 2020 is £195,90.00 including Travel and Subsistence but excluding VAT, for a defined delivery period within one year. A further 2nd year extension may be offered, and is subject to internal approval, and at the Departments sole discretion. The range of contracts offered will cover Key Stage1, Key Stage 2 and Early Years Foundation Stage. The range of individual contracts offered within the financial envelope is below £10k, full details are contained in the Invitation to Tender.
