WSCC - JS - Adult Social Care Delivery Partner - Prior Information Notice

The requirement

To help meet the resourcing requirements for the Adult Social Care Improvement Programme, West Sussex County Council is looking for support from a single Delivery Partner to provide services between July 2023 - June 2025.

The Delivery Partner will provide a flexible, efficient, multi-skilled resourcing solution, that is able to respond to evolving requirements throughout the term of the contract.

The resource mix is likely to cover skills-sets such as

• Programme Management (Directive PMO)

• Business change (Process design)

• Commissioning (Adult Social Care)

• Strategy and policy (Social care reform and impact + ongoing delivery of the 'Life you want to lead strategy')

• Section 75 (Mental health and learning disabilities)

• Business analysts

Timescales

The Council intends to publish the tender in late March 2023.

The contact needs to be in place and operational by 03 July 2023.

The Council is publishing a market sounding exercise alongside this Notice to gain some insight into market capability and capacity (see below)

Responses to these questions will help to finalise the specification and service requirements. You are kindly asked to review and respond no later than 12:00 on 06 March 2023.

Market Briefing event

The Council will hold a market briefing session on 07 March 2023 (10.30 - 11.30) via MS Teams. Members of the ASC leadership team will provide an overview of the requirement and context.
