The works relate to the main building only and include: demolition & strip out, asbestos removal works, structural alterations, roof works, masonry, carpentry, partitioning & dry lining, ceiling works, finishing trades, services upgrades and provision of specialist furniture & fixtures.
The Clatterford Centre & St Georges School share an overall campus. The Clatterford Centre has been empty & vacant for c. 6 years. St Georges School is an operational SEN education facility for pupils aged 11 to 18. The contractor should note that the existing modular buildings & external areas to the rear of the main Clatterford building will be occupied and in use by St Georges school for the duration of the works.
